Dùng để chỉ hai vùng xưa nổi tiếng hay bị lũ lụt, vỡ đê, mất mùa, gợi cảnh sống nhiều tai ương và cơ cực. Cách nói có thêm “thứ” làm sắc thái liệt kê, xếp hạng trở nên rõ hơn.
